Michael Hartman

Michael Hartman joined the Office of General Counsel in February 2023. Mr. Hartman represents Penn Medicine in several areas including corporate and operational matters, innovation, technology transfer, and general transactions.

Mr. Hartman received his undergraduate and law degrees from Duquesne University. Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Mr. Hartman served as an Associate Director of Corporate Contracts for at the Penn Center for Innovation.
