Jake Schneider joined the Office of General Counsel in May 2023 and primarily provides legal support to the Wharton School. Prior to joining Penn, Jake practiced corporate law at Weber Law, Weil, Gotshal & Manges, and Sidley Austin. Jake attended Swarthmore College (B.A. in Economics and Chinese, 2004) and Washington University in St. Louis (J.D., cum laude, 2010). He is admitted to practice in both New York and Pennsylvania and is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA).
