Anna M. Haslinsky joined the Office of General Counsel in September 2023 as an Associate General Counsel. Her practice focuses on supporting and advising Penn Medicine on transactional matters, including acquisitions, real estate, and general health care and operational matters.
Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Ms. Haslinsky worked in private practice in the Health Care Group at Stevens & Lee and for a small boutique law firm, where she assisted health systems, hospitals, and provider-owned practices with practice acquisitions and corporate matters, real estate matters, employment agreements and HR counseling, and general operational advising.
Ms. Haslinsky graduated from Roanoke College with a B.A. in Art History and obtained her Juris Doctor from Villanova University College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
